From farm to table
We are passionate about sustainability and support the local producers. This means we strive to work with what we have around us and always aim to create the most authentic dining experience possible. We do not have an à la carte menu, instead our food follows the seasons and what is available from our producers.
Some of our fruits and berries come from the farm’s orchard and the local forest. We make the most of these by producing marmalades, jams, and juices. We aim to reduce our climate impact by minimizing the use of imported goods and instead opting for local alternatives.
By collaborating with our local producers we can offer ingredients that are not only delicious but also support our local community. We aim to provide not just good food and service, but also to inspire our guests to shop locally and adopt a more conscious lifestyle.
