Ulmus - Trakt Forest Hotel

Ulmus

Ulmus, elm in latin, is the last forest suite on the left side of the hill. With a panoramic view over the forest, this is a truly peaceful location. Calm down and relax and light a fire. The furniture is locally designed and produced, and the sofa holds two extra beds if needed.

The skylight in the bedroom is the best place for stargazing. At night, the stars and the moon are the only light outside.

The first rays of the sun will enter through the bathroom window, a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Sometimes you can experience that the Forest Suite rocks a little. This is why our Forest Suites are also called floating rooms.

The forest suites are built on eight pillars each, floating amongst the trees but rooted in the ground. The suites are built out of wood, the outside covered by unedged panels from the forest of the surrounding forests. Isolation: wood wool from Termoträ. All construction materials have been carried to the building site, to minimize the environmental impact.
