Experience a unique meeting surrounded by nature in our large Tentipi tent. Three days filled with productive meetings and activities, complemented by delicious meals in our restaurant Traktkitchen. Enjoy brewing coffee over an open fire and make the most of your meeting with a discussion walk in the forest. Each day concludes with a comfortable stay in our architect-designed forest suites.

Caroline Palm

Get the most out of your meetings by having leadership trainer Caroline Palm facilitate your days. You’ll engage in guided exercises that deepen your understanding of yourselves, your motivations, visions, and your WHY. You’ll gain increased insight into each other and opportunities to both ‘go deeper’ and ‘go higher’.

Outdoor cooking

Together with our cook, you light the fire and cook a delicious meal, based on local ingredients. A delightful way to strengthen camaraderie. Suitable for both lunch and dinner.

Collaborative exercises

We offer a trail in the forest with tasks along the way. You are divided into smaller groups and get to walk a trail where it is important to collaborate to solve tasks together. The different assignments are inspired by the forest.
